Are you having trouble resetting your password? Please review the following tips and suggestions.
I am a CLIENT in need of a password reset.
Click the orange "Forgot My Password" button.
Enter your username (this will be either your email address or a username your supervising staff member has created for you), click the "I'm not a robot box," and click "Reset".
If you do not know your username, contact your supervising staff member.
If you still have trouble resetting your password, contact your supervising staff member.
I am a STAFF MEMBER in need of a password reset.
Click the orange "Forgot My Password" button.
Enter your agency email address, click the "I'm not a robot box," and click "Reset."
If you still have trouble resetting your password, contact the Agency Administrator on your account or contact support at: support@careygrouppublishing.com.
I requested a password reset but did not receive the password reset email.
Check your junk folder to see if the email was delivered there.
