Password Reset Tips

Are you having trouble resetting your password? Please review the following tips and suggestions.


I am a CLIENT in need of a password reset.
  • Click the orange "Forgot My Password" button.
  • Enter your username (this will be either your email address or a username your supervising staff member has created for you), click the "I'm not a robot box," and click "Reset".
  • If you do not know your username, contact your supervising staff member.
  • If you still have trouble resetting your password, contact your supervising staff member.

I am a STAFF MEMBER in need of a password reset.
  • Click the orange "Forgot My Password" button.
  • Enter your agency email address, click the "I'm not a robot box," and click "Reset."
  • If you still have trouble resetting your password, contact the Agency Administrator on your account or contact support at: support@careygrouppublishing.com.

I requested a password reset but did not receive the password reset email.
  • Check your junk folder to see if the email was delivered there.
  • If the email is not in your inbox or junk folder, contact us at: support@careygrouppublishing.com.

I entered my credentials and received a message saying, "Incorrect username/password combination. Please verify and try again."
  • Check that your email address/username has been entered correctly.
  • Check that your password has been entered correctly.
  • If you feel that you have entered your credentials correctly:
    • Clients: contact your supervising staff member.
    • Staff: contact the Agency Administrator on your account or contact support at: support@careygrouppublishing.com.
